Every path begins with a conversation about where you are and what you're carrying. From there we choose the tools: talk, drum, sound, ceremony, or a blend of all four.
Transpersonal therapy
For the patterns you can't explain and the questions therapy hasn't reached: meaning, purpose, grief, transitions. Weekly or fortnightly sessions, in person or online.
Shamanic healing & drum journeys
Ancient tools for releasing what is stagnant and recovering what was lost. Soul retrieval, energy clearing and guided drum journeys, always followed by grounded integration.
Sound baths & shamanic counselling
Monthly group sound baths in Dundalk for deep rest, and 1:1 shamanic counselling for when you need guidance rather than a technique. Counselling requires a short pre-requisite form.
Who holds the space
I didn't go looking for this path. It found me at my lowest.
A few years ago I was made redundant twice in eighteen months. Mortgage arrears, a young family, and a sense of having failed at everything I had been told mattered. Conventional talk therapy helped me function; it didn't help me understand what was happening to me.
What did was a drum, a teacher in the Andes, and later a four-year training in transpersonal psychology. I brought those two worlds back to Louth in 2019 and have held more than 900 sessions since, for farmers, nurses, students and people who have travelled from Brazil and Portugal to sit in this room.
I know what it is to be lost. I also know the exact quality of the silence when clarity finally arrives, and I would like to help you find yours.

Journey of Reconnection: four encounters over 4 to 6 weeks
Not a single session but a living process, with recordings, ongoing support and a written integration plan at the end. €600 for the full programme, limited to two participants a month.
Cacao & shamanic counselling
We open the heart field with ceremonial cacao and set the intention that will guide the whole journey. Around 2.5 hours.
Drum & live sound journey
A deep drum and gong journey to reach what the thinking mind alone cannot. You receive a recording the same evening.
Ancestral medicine ceremony
A day-long ceremonial encounter working with family lines and inherited patterns, followed by a shared meal and grounding.
Online anchoring, 3 to 4 weeks later
An hour online to harvest what has grown, plus your personalised integration document and a follow-up call at three months.

Questions people ask before their first session
Where exactly are you?
In a private studio on the edge of Dundalk, about ten minutes from the town centre and the M1. The exact address and parking directions arrive with your booking confirmation. Online sessions are held on Zoom.
I've never done anything like this. Is that a problem?
Most people who come here haven't. The free 20-minute discovery call exists precisely so we can talk about what you need with no pressure and no commitment.
Is this a replacement for medical or psychiatric care?
No. This work complements it and I regularly work alongside GPs and counsellors. If you are in acute crisis, please contact your GP, Pieta House on 1800 247 247 or emergency services first.
What is the pre-requisite form for shamanic counselling?
A short questionnaire about your health history, medication and what you hope to work on. It takes about ten minutes and helps me hold the session safely. You'll receive the link when you book.
What if I need to cancel?
With 24 hours' notice we simply reschedule. With less than 24 hours' notice, 50% of the session fee applies. Programme dates can be moved once free of charge.
Do you offer sessions in Portuguese?
Yes, I'm fluent in Brazilian Portuguese and about a third of my clients choose to work in it. Sessions are also available online for people in Brazil and Portugal.
